No calçadão da Rua Felipe Schmidt, em Florianópolis, o Natal parece ainda não ter chegado. A decoração natalina não está completa e poucas lojas enfeitaram suas vitrinas. O local deve ganhar mais atrações em dezembro, como bandas, desfile de Papai Noel e coral, informa o presidente da Câmara dos Dirigentes Lojistas (CDL) de Florianópolis, Osmar Silveira.A expectativa é ampliar entre 10% e 12% as vendas em relação a 2009. Para atender à demanda, estão previstos horários diferenciados. Na primeira semana de dezembro, as lojas ficarão abertas até as 20h, na seguinte, até as 21h e, depois, até as 22h.
Nos dois sábados que antecedem o Natal, o comércio de rua abre até as 18h, e, no domingo que antecede o feriado, também vai abrir.
Em São José, a expectativa do presidente da CDL, Tito Schmidt, é crescer entre 8% e 9%. O comércio de rua ainda não definiu se ampliará o horário de atendimento, mas os shoppings ficarão abertos até as 23h.
— Há consumidores para shoppings e para o comércio de rua, cada um com suas condições. A facilidade da rua são os preços mais baixos, mas a vantagem dos shopping são a segurança e proteção contra o tempo.

Okay..I'm totally a newb at this and I don't really know much about what's going on in my computer, but one day I was playig sims 2 and my computer shut down and restarted, and so I didn't really make a big deal out of it until it kept happening. Then yesterday my comp started being extremely slow. I thought I had some type of virus so I tried doing a virus scan, and while waiting for that to finish I installed mAlwarebytes and got it installed but for some reason it didn't run. So I installed adwarebot and did a scan and it showed me over 500 infected files and I removed them all. Then I tried turning off the automatic restarting thing, then suddenly I got the BSOD, saying I had the driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. And I have no idea what that means, and basically I haven't been able to find out what the problem was because whenever I try to do I virus scan I can't succesfully finish it wihout my comp restarting randomly.
